Hannah is an indirect tax specialist with extensive expertise in the gaming and digital entertainment sector. She is a collaborative team leader who drives meaningful change by building strong cross-functional relationships, encouraging accountability, and empowering individuals and teams to support end-to-end transactional VAT/GST compliance.


She focuses on helping businesses navigate the complexities of global VAT compliance and international trade while enabling scalable, tax-efficient growth in digitally driven environments.


Hannah has significant experience advising on the VAT implications of gaming machine purchases and leasing, subscription models, OGS platform-based transactions, and B2B digital supplies, with a particular focus on international iGaming licensing and distribution.

She has a proven track record of delivering results, reducing cost and risk across purchasing, sales, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and interactions with fiscal authorities. Known for forging strong internal and external partnerships, Hannah empowers change and drives strategic impact across teams and organisations.

 

Nathan has worked with some of the world’s largest organisations to design multiple major tax transformation projects. He heads up Innovate Tax’s commercial operations and is responsible for driving growth across all areas of the business.
