Call for Papers – O5Live 2026

18 June 2026 | Institute of Directors (IoD), London

O5Live is an exclusive Oracle Community event bringing together business leaders, practitioners, and partners to explore real-world challenges and proven solutions across the Oracle ecosystem.

We are now inviting paper and presentation submissions for O5Live 2026, aligned to one of our four agenda streams. We welcome contributions that are practical, experience-led, and focused on measurable outcomes rather than product promotion.

Agenda Streams

1. The importance of Master Data

This stream focuses on the importance of your Master Data and understanding the location, accuracy, governance, and use of data to improve business processes and decision-making.

We welcome submissions covering topics such as:

  • Data visibility, quality, and governance
  • Cloud migration and data residency considerations
  • Using data to drive operational efficiency
  • Lessons learned from data transformation initiatives

2. Artificial Intelligence

AI continues to shape organisational strategy—but its application must be purposeful, controlled, and responsible.

Suggested topics include:

    • Practical use cases for AI within Oracle applications
    • Challenges, risks, and limitations of AI adoption
    • Governance, ethics, and safeguards
    • Separating AI hype from genuine business value

3. Exploring Client Success

This stream highlights how organisations have successfully addressed complex business challenges through the effective application of solutions, expertise, and partnerships.

We are particularly interested in:

  • Real-world case studies and success stories
  • Lessons learned from implementations or transformations
  • What worked, what didn’t, and why
  • Measurable business outcomes and benefits realised

4. Dedicated Public Sector Track – New for 2026

For the first time, O5Live introduces a dedicated Public Sector track for Central Government, Local Government, and Blue Light organisations.

This track is designed to showcase peer-led insights and practical experiences from across the public sector, focusing on achieving greater efficiency, value, and impact through Oracle applications.

We invite submissions from:

      • Public sector organisations
      • Delivery partners
      • Oracle practitioners working in the public sector

Topics may include:
      • Delivering value for money through Oracle solutions
      • Modernising legacy systems
      • Improving service delivery and operational efficiency
      • Managing change, risk, and compliance in the public sector

Submission Guidelines

      • Submissions should focus on real-world experience and practical insight
      • Sales-led or product marketing presentations will not be accepted
      • Joint submissions between customers and partners are encouraged
      • The Summary should not exceed 200 words
      • The deadline for submissions is March 30th 2026
      • Selected speakers will be notified following the review process
