Faster Onboarding & Adoption: New users can learn as they work, reducing the need for separate, time-consuming training sessions.

Consistency at Scale: Standardizes training and processes across departments, geographies, or business units.

Change Resilience: When updates occur (e.g., quarterly Oracle Cloud releases), OGL allows you to update guidance centrally so your users stay informed and productive.
