Ting has 8 years as a data analyst in customer research and insights, I made the leap into the world of HR 4 years ago — and it’s been an exciting journey ever since! I’ve had the privilege of using my experience and skills to drive the people analytics agenda at AS Watson. Four years in, I’m proud of what we’ve achieved and transformed, and I’m excited to continue accelerating the people analytics agenda through various data solutions and initiatives.


What does it take to build a sustainable, agile HR analytics function? 
AS Watson’s (ASW) journey with SplashBI since 2021 offers rich answers. This session unveils how the partnership matured — from early adoption of dashboards to deep dives into attrition, talent pipeline health, and engagement trends.
