Overview of the Session:

Brent Council partnered with Fudgelearn to improve user adoption and deliver contextual, in-application guidance across their Oracle Cloud platform. Four years after go-live, the Council introduced Oracle Guided Learning to address persistent adoption and data quality issues, reduce reliance on support teams, and strengthen compliance.

Vik Kapoor (Brent Council) – Head of Oracle Cloud Support, Finance and Resources and Tony Cook (Fudgelearn) – Founder & CEO will share how Brent Council used Oracle Guided Learning to support ongoing change, improve communication across the organisation, and help users work more confidently within Oracle Fusion Cloud.
