O5 Live Public Sector Community
O5 Live Public Sector Community is a trusted, peer-led network for UK public sector organisations using (or considering) Oracle ERP.

O5 Live is building a Public Sector Oracle Community and is a trusted, peer-led network designed for UK public sector organisations using—or considering—Oracle ERP.
It brings together professionals from Central and Local Government, Healthcare, Blue Light services, and Higher Education, alongside experienced delivery partners, to share practical insight, proven approaches, and real-world lessons.
The focus is simple: help organisations make better decisions, avoid repeat mistakes, and deliver stronger outcomes for citizens.
Why It Matters
Public sector organisations face complex challenges when implementing and operating Oracle solutions. Too often, learning is fragmented, repeated, or influenced by commercial pressures.
This community addresses that by offering:
- Peer learning without sales pressure – open, experience-led discussion in a safe environment
- Actionable insight – governance models, implementation lessons, and service improvements
- Stronger decision-making – a space to sense-check thinking and challenge assumptions constructively
- Future readiness – exploration of emerging capabilities (including AI) grounded in transparency, accountability, and trust
Vision
To build a trusted UK-wide, peer-led community that connects public sector organisations with real delivery experience—translating shared knowledge into tangible value, stronger capability, and better public outcomes.
Mission
The community exists to:
- Share real-world experience of Oracle ERP in public sector environments
- Learn collectively from successes, challenges, and lessons learned
- Strengthen governance, capability, and confidence across key functions
- Support sustainable, value-driven live services beyond programme delivery
- Enable responsible adoption of emerging technologies
- Build a connected peer network to reduce isolation and duplication of effort
Community Model
- Monthly meetings: Online, peer-led discussions
- Quarterly Special Interest Groups: Deep dives (in-person, online, or hybrid)
- Member-led agenda: Driven by real priorities and challenges

Participants commit to:
- Openness, integrity, and respect
- Honest sharing of experiences (including challenges)
- Confidentiality and professional trust
- Prioritising learning over commercial interests
Partners contribute by:
- Sharing expertise and real delivery insight
- Supporting—not selling
- Respecting the non-commercial nature of the community
Value Proposition
This is not a forum for generic advice. It is a practical, experience-driven community where:
- Challenges can be discussed openly
- Lessons are shared honestly
- Decisions are better informed
- Capability is accelerated across organisations
Call to Action
If your organisation is planning, implementing, stabilising, or optimising Oracle ERP, this community provides a unique opportunity to:
- Learn from peers facing similar challenges
- Influence the agenda and direction
- Build confidence in critical decisions
- Contribute to improving outcomes across the UK public sector
Join the inaugural session on 13 July 2026 and help shape the future of the community.
